Launch of Libyan Law and Society Website

On 11 July, a launch event was organised online to announce the Libyan Law and Society website among interested audience and stakeholders. The event was hosted at the Van Vollenhoven Institute at Leiden University and was attended by Professor Adriaan Bedner, VVI Director, Professor Jan Michiel Otto, Project Senior Advisor, Dr. Suliman Ibrahim, Project Leader in both Leiden University and Benghazi University, Dr. Bruno Braak, Post-doctoral Researcher at VVI and Ms. Hagar Taha, Project Coordinator.
