Moetasem Al Hatash is Lecturer in Private Law at Faculty of Law, Tripoli University and A2JiL Researcher (second phase) at University of Leiden, University of Benghazi

Mutasim Al-Hash is one of the members of the research team of the project Access to Justice in Libya (second phase). He holds a postgraduate diploma from the Department of Private Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Tripoli, and is now preparing his thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Al-Koni Abouda. He is a Lecturer in the Department of Private Law at the Faculty of Law, Benghazi University, and a Private Lawyer registered with the General Bar Association in Libya.
